Cynthia Warnick
Vice President, Human Resources
Cynthia Warnick has served as our Vice President of Human Resources since January 2021. Ms. Warnick previously served as Director of Human Resources from July 2016 to December 2020.
Prior to joining AGNC Investment Corp., Ms. Warnick held various roles at American Capital, Ltd. where she most recently served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining American Capital, Ltd. in 2013, Ms. Warnick served as Regional Operations Coordinator for TRAK Companies' eight nationwide branch offices, through its acquisition by Adecco Group N.A.
Ms. Warnick received her Masters of Professional Studies in International Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
